Why clubs are wrong to sack their managers !


It is the club  management that self sabotage teams , by selling their best players .In the case of Ronald Koeman  , they sold Lukaku  ,it destroyed the whole team's subconcious structure .It took months to gell the team , then they lost Lukaku , their team had to start rebuilding again.

Most of the playing  is done by the subconscious mind , it  sends instructions to pass the ball ,move to left or right  , before rational brain can even blink.
